Maurice Ward
PhD, MSc, BA, CTEFL
Maurice is
an executive mentor who works with senior executives developing a
culture change process in their organisations. He combines
years
of experience in business and academic leadership and was most recently
involved in
leading change
in universities in Japan.
As Associate Professor of the School of Communications at Kanto-Gakuin
University
Maurice set up and led a programme for 13 staff and 2000
students. Maurice has also been a director of Santa Maria
retirement
complex in Christchurch for many years. In this role he has
developed
management structures, implemented staff development and IT systems.
In the process Maurice has helped produce a sustainable
caring
community of 50 staff and 70 residents.
